At Boston International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and giftware purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
